I love to dance! Tonight is my dance night. It’s hip hop night. Like I said, I love to dance. So why do I have to drag myself kicking and screaming to go dance? I know exercise and physical activity especially dancing helps my mood. I also know sweating is good for me and help me emotionally and also help me focus and control my ADD.
So why the fuck do I have to drag myself kicking and screaming to get to my dance class that I love and enjoy so much?! These are the battles that go on in my head every single fucking day. Today I win this battle. I get to check off workout for today. I will sweat it we’ll have fun I get to dance with my sister and some really great friends and we will smile and laugh and it will be awesome!
I love to dance! I love cuddling in the corner of the couch with the hubs and for some reason that’s what my body wants to do right now actually my body wants to do nothing but I am going to dance and I am going to have fun damn it! the battle is real my friends!!!
