Today’s Hump Day Challenge is inspired by Homecoming season and a random student in my Zumba classes a while back when I used to teach. The student said Zumba helped her sex life. WHAT?! Zumba for sex? Well, yes if you watch a Zumba class and look at it in a sexual light you will see it all over. Between the chest pops and hip bumps hip circles gyrating and all the shaking. Yes Zumba and/or Dance can help your sex life! Here is our challenge, dance until you have sex.
There ain’t nothing wrong with a little bump and grind. If you are a Zumba dancer shake it for your lover and see if he or she will join in. Show him how to dance teach him the body roll or your favorite move. You lover probably will want to watch you dance anyway. Try taking off your clothes while you are dancing. Then get close, grab his hips, rub her ass. Get close up behind her and press your hips up against hers as you grind up against each other.
Then put on some slow music and slow dance. Remember in high school at the high school dances the people the teachers had to pull apart, well you aren’t in high school anymore you are allowed to dirty dance! Get close pull your hips in to his feel his manness up against you. Slowly grind against each other rub your hands all over his body and let his hands explore yours.
Then take your dancing horizontal. Slowly grind hips against each other. Of course make out with each other get naked and get inside her. Go slow and romantic and sultry. Some Keith Sweat or R Kelly Bump And Grind is great background music for this. So go back to high school and dirty dance like there are no teachers and let it develop into what the teachers were trying to prevent back then. It is no longer illegal!
