Happy Saturday! It is nap time here at the Earl House. Well one of us is napping two are watching Disney Channel and one is pseudo working… take a guess who? I need to get football gear order submitted for Jerseys. I am afraid I am going to miss someone, write someone’s name wrong on the back and have no way to fix it at all since it is coming from back east! But I just have to get it done! This is a stressful job and when I decided to save the league money by doing it this way I didn’t realize the extra stress and work load that I would be affected by. But it is for the kids and it will be much better in the end! …I hope!

Like I said it is nap time here. The Hub’s is installing Windows 10 on our home PC and 10259903_794316270588938_1979588331700485692_nnapping at the same time. I snoozed a bit but woke up and can’t go back to sleep so I figured it was a good time to blog here.

So the Seahawks game was fun last night but, they have some work to do. Which really is what you learn most first preseason games! I trust the coaching staff and the team that they will get back to work and come out on top this year. After the game the Hub’s and I stopped at our favorite watering hole in town and just hung out. We had a great time until the end of the night, a drunk fight broke out and the Hub’s had to step in a break things up. Stupid people! Then the guy resisted the police when they tried to arrest him, boy he probably did not have a great night! So the Hub’s and I were spun up at 2am so we got home weren’t tired and had a good time sans clothes and made the most of our adrenaline rush… which is why we are so tired right now, but oh it was a sexy night for sure!

Tonight we are planning on going to a “Glow Party” which should be fun. It is a charity event at the bar I work at. I like it when the others come out to support events I plan and work so I am going to be a team player have a few drinks and see what a glow party is all about. Should be fun and exciting! Although we just got a text from a friend about what are we doing tonight an invite from friends may change my “loyalty to my bar’s event” although we will check it out at some point regardless! Time to get back to napping on this Saturday afternoon!

vacation modeHappy National Tequila Day! What a great day to start my vacation! I am getting the family and our camping trailer ready to leave for vacation on Sunday, today! I am letting the PeeWee football equipment manage itself, later. I got all the gear shipment today that I needed (I think). And we will deliver it to the clubhouse later. I am totally on vacation mode! Pour me a shot sprinkle me some salt and pass me a lime please it is the start of my vacation!

We sadly have to delay officially starting and leaving until Sunday because Grandma Great passed away and tomorrow is her memorial. So we pull out of the driveway for camping Sunday morning. Headed for the Ocean!

I will have my yoga mat in tow, the kids and Hubs are bringing their RC Cars, and kites. I may (but probably not) take my jewelry making supplies. I just want to relax, we have been so busy and life has been crazy it is hard for me to even imagine what it is going to feel like to have no schedule and just be able to relax and not go go go. Not that I don’t like to go go go, but relaxation is definitely needed!

I am thinking first I will be employing Grandma one more night for tonight for the Hubs and I to go out. Since I don’t have to work I think we will spend some time on the customer side of the bar chilling and hanging out with some friends and kicking off the vacation!tequila-day

First things first, pack the trailer, make shopping list for food, eat some dinner (pizza cooking) and freshen up the house before we head west! Enjoy the weekend friends! Cheers to the freakin’ weekend and prefunk vacation!

Gonna Miss Them While Their Gone

Depending on the result of the baseball game tomorrow, my children will get in the car with Grandma and not be back for two weeks, actually more like a week and a half! Tonight we are Grilling up ribs and having a yummy fruit salad and spending on more evening (after we get home from dance at 8pm) together before the kiddos vacation the Gram and Gramps! I will miss them but also will enjoy the break.

My plan is to get organized. I have a big event or party planned going on at bar I work at the day they are scheduled to be back! :-/ Oops actually I bet they will want to stay with Grandma until the end of the weekend anyway! We are doing a Malibu Beach Party! I am super excited for fun drink specials and hoping for a busy night! But I really need to get my house organized and into a rhythm of cooking healthy meals and exercising! Since I will be wearing beach wear that night (I have two weeks) I need to be doing some crunches and stay away from the sugar! But I will rock this beach body even if it is bigger than I may want it to be it is mine and my husband loves it so I will rock my beach body slinging those Mai Tais and Mojitos!!

I am off to go get the kids a care package for their road trip. Gonna grab the girl a fashion magazine and the boy a Road and Track or Car and Driver (but he reads daddy’s car and driver so I am thinking something different) and some head phones and maybe some munchies. Gonna miss those kiddos! It is bittersweet. I know they will be making lifelong memories this trip with Gram and Gramps and will for sure make Gram and Gramps super happy and filled with joy to give them their first experience with road tripping and Yellow Stone National Park! Man I am going to miss them but looking forward to the no kid life for a minute! Hoping to get a few video chats from the kids and letter written home from my little’s.

Most of all in true Sex Love and Washing Clothes form I am looking forward to having the house to ourselves and be able to have loud and unedited sex with the Hubs! No need to lock doors or be quiet! Whoohoo!!!! Hump Day Challenge recon everyday! This is the best part of sending the kids away for overnighters and long trips with Grandparents! Hoping for no fighting just fun and relaxed time with the Hubs. The much need reboot that we have needed! We both work hard and really can use this time to reconnect relax and reboot! I love my kids and will miss them but I will also take advantage of the time kid free with my husband and enjoy every minute!
